Where we get personal information from

We normally obtain personal information directly from you.

How long we keep information

General enquiries and related correspondence are normally retained for up to 180 days after the last meaningful contact.

Website access logs are retained for up to seven days.

Where an enquiry results in a client engagement, relevant information may be retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards where necessary to meet legal, contractual, regulatory or legitimate business requirements.

Information relating to complaints or claims may be retained for as long as necessary to investigate and resolve the matter and to meet any associated legal requirements.

Who we share information with

Data processors

IONOS provides email hosting and processes and stores email communications on our behalf.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides the cloud infrastructure used to deliver our website and processes limited technical information necessary to provide and protect that service.

We may also share personal information with organisations where we are legally required to do so.
