Delivery of infrastructure migrations, upgrades, data centre consolidation and closure, office and site moves, platform replacement and technology integration.
From individual infrastructure changes to multi-system programmes involving suppliers, technical teams and business stakeholders, with dependencies, testing, cutover, rollback and operational handover built into delivery.
Resilience & Recovery
Design and operation of highly available and disaster recovery environments, with backup, recovery testing and continuity planning for critical technology services.
Experience includes data centre recovery, storage replication, backup platforms, infrastructure failover and maintaining or restoring services during operational and cyber incidents.
Security & Governance
Security experience spanning identity, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, secure access, monitoring and infrastructure security, alongside technical assessment of technology suppliers and services.
Experience in regulated environments where documented requirements, risk assessment, testing, traceability and controlled implementation form part of normal technology delivery.
Leadership & Suppliers
Leadership of technical teams and managers across geographically distributed environments, while remaining close to the technology and supporting practical technical decision-making.
Experience includes technology procurement, supplier and contract management, commercial negotiation and technical assessment, working across internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver practical outcomes.
